A 19-year-old Indian lady presented to you in a Klinik Kesihtan with her boyfriend complaining of x3/7 history of suprapubic pain associated with increased urinary frequency, urgency and dysuria. On further questioning she admitted that her menses is delayed by x3/7.

Question 1: What are your differential diagnoses?

Question 2: How would you approach this patient?

Question 3: How would you manage this patient?

Drug Discussion: What are the different types of antibiotics commonly used for UTI? Besides antibiotics, are there any other medications that you would like to prescribe?
